Registration Information

If you would like to register for one of our open enrollment CPR for Healthcare Providers classes, please use the form below. You will receive a confirmation email once we have reviewed your information.

All classes are held at the La Quinta Inn Hotel Conference Room located at 12330 Dorsett Road (link to Google Maps) in Maryland Heights. The hotel is located at the intersection of 270 and Dorsett Road. The hotel is across the street from the Denny's restaurant.

All classes begin at 6 PM.
